Flashpoint’s executive telemarketing process is designed to professionally represent your firm to prospects while engaging them in conversation about their business and current audit and compliance needs. During these conversations we are able to position your firm for immediate, short and long term opportunities.

To faciliate a organized and structured telemarketing campaign we adhere to the following guidelines:

      Established Calling Patterns. Flashpoint calls each prospect three times (with a 7-10) window in between calls or unless we are otherwise instructed. This may include information requests, not interested, or I would like to speak with someone about audit specifics.
      Consistent Representation. When speaking with prospects or leaving voicemails we always represent ourselves as an employee of your firm. The reason for this is simplification and focus. If we had to explain what Flashpoint is and why we are calling for your firm it would make things needlessly complex and draw attention away from the service sale.
      Prospect Qualification. Flashpoint has a checklist of questions used to qualify opportunities. Depending on the niche we are focusing on the qualification questions change. However, our experience in a number of niches means we are quickly able to ask relevant and meaningful questions designed to provide insight when the lead is passed to your firm.
      Never Discuss Pricing. None of our professionals ever discusses pricing with a prospect. This is not an area we should be speaking about. When these requests come in they are directed to a member of your firm.
      Defer to The Client. Although everyone on our staff is experienced and understands a number of accounting, audit and tax related services, we are not experts in any of these fields. As a result, when prospects have technical questions we defer to the client. The last thing we want to do is become involved in a technical discussion and provide inaccurate information when representing your firm. All of these types of requests are forwarded to the client for follow up.
      Reporting. Flashpoint offers a number of reporting formats to keep you updated on the status of efforts throughout the engagement. A more detailed discussion of this can be found later in the document.
