		<description>I am finishing my 2010 budget now. Spending is down 9% from 2009 and 18% from 2008. The reason for this is a migration to on-line advertising and a reduction in large sponsorships. I have replaced the sponsorships with highly sophisiticated tactics which are yeilding higher results. SEO/SEM has resulted in an average of three prospects a day, plenty to keep us busy. I am continuing direct mail which has been highly successful.</description>
